Emilia has been sculpting on the Central Coast of New South Wales for the past ten years. She is passionate about sculpture, food and the environment. Her preferred mediums are reinforced resin and perspex but she is currently experimenting with stainless steel, copper and PVC. She enjoys the journey of production and a lot of energy goes into the expression of her work.

A dream of opening a restaurant in Johannesburg South Africa was realised. A passion for food and a flair for decor was inspiration for channelling my creative energy. The Opera themed restaurant ‘Piccola Prima Donna’ had gourmet dishes that resonated with my Italian upbringing and my understanding of food.
Travelled all over Europe and the East exploring ancient Cultures and Arts.
